Problem Focused. Curiosity Driven.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19):
To ensure persons in all AERL workspaces remain as safe as possible, it is required that all persons follow the COVID-19 Campus Rules. IRES must operate under the AERL building Safety Plan.
Per the rules above and an August 25th mandate by the Provincial Health Officer, MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN COMMON SPACES at UBC to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Anyone entering the AERL building is required to
1- complete the COVID-19 Safety Planning Training mandatory online module,
2- complete a daily self-assessment for symptoms of COVID-19,
3- AND to fill out the sign-in sheet at the 4th floor elevator every time you enter or exit.
With exemptions provided for those who are vaccinated against COVID-19, UBC requires COVID-19 testing for all students, faculty and staff. UBC has implemented a process for confidential self-disclosure of vaccination status here. Click the button below to register for your vaccine if you have not already done so.
