Helps students on daily inquiries and directs them to relevant personnel or department
Handles requests for all building maintenance issues on the 4^th floor
Handles building access requests (keys and UBC card access)
Organizes the student seating plan. Do not lose your desk key – it will cost you $50!
Handles requests for @ubc.ca email addresses (which de-activates when you graduate/leave UBC)

Organizes the IRES Seminar Series (every Thursdays from 12:30pm to 1:20pm)
Organizes other department events (April Student Symposium, Annual Celebration)
