Director of Diversity and Inclusion Programs
The Director of Diversity and Inclusion will advance the College’s goals to enhance inclusive excellence and increase diversity in its programs. Increasing diversity and fostering an inclusive College culture and environment are among the College’s five primary strategic goals and the College fully embraces CSU’s Principles of Community. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the College’s vision and strategic plan, implementing existing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leading and shaping future initiatives and programs.

Assistant/Associate Professor in Diversity and Inclusion in Natural Resources
This is a tenure-track faculty position focused on diversity and inclusion in natural resources with a workload distribution of 40% teaching/advising, 50% research and 10% service/outreach. The candidate’s research focus will be at the intersection of natural resources and minority, underserved, or underrepresented populations or cultures in the United States. Examples of possible research topics include: relationships among natural resources and race, class, culture, ethnicity, and/or socio-economic status as experienced by underrepresented groups; environmental justice; strategies and science underlying environmental communication, outreach, or education in underserved and underrepresented groups; questions regarding the use, management, or conservation of natural resources in underserved populations or communities (e.g., tribal lands, inner city areas, etc.). The specific departmental home of the faculty member will be determined through the search process based on academic fit.
