University of Michigan’s Science, Technology, and Public Policy (STPP) Program, which Shobita Parthasarathy, Associate Professor of Public Policy and Women’s Studies http://shobitap.org/ directs, is looking for a Program Manager (two year fixed-term position). This is an exciting time for the program, as science and technology policy is a priority for the new Dean of the Ford School of Public Policy as well as the university administration.
They are searching for someone with a background in science and technology policy or science and technology studies, who can work to help expand the program, recruit and work with students, help conduct a curriculum review, promote the program, and increase connections with policy communities in Washington DC and elsewhere. It is an ideal position for an energetic person with at least Master’s level training who would like to develop their interests in science and technology policy further.
