December 16, 2016

Dear colleagues,

Dr. Marcello Veiga (Mining Engineering) and I will be co-teaching Mining and Society (MINE555) next term. This seminar provides both academics and practitioners a holistic view of the mining sector and its impact on communities in Canada and worldwide. Course involvement includes presentations, role-plays and interactive exercises led by Dr Veiga and I, as well as visiting scholars and practitioners. We are also accepting interested undergraduates on a case by case basis.
